Data deletion
Viral Video Maker has no accounts — here's how deletion works without one.
The App never asks you to sign up. Everything you create is tied to an anonymous device identifier, and your subscription lives in Google Play. That means "deleting your account" really means deleting the data linked to your device.
What we store about you
- Projects (names, keywords, saved prompts) and reference images you uploaded
- Videos generated for you, their prompts and frames
- Schedules and your credit ledger
- Your email address — only if you added one for notifications
Delete everything
Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
To locate your records, include either the email address you added in the App, or your device ID (shown in the App under Plan & credits). We will delete all data listed above within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What deletion covers
- Deleted: projects, uploaded images, generated videos and frames, schedules, stored email address, trend data collected for your projects.
- Retained where legally required: minimal payment/ledger records tied to Google Play transactions, kept for accounting and fraud prevention, then deleted on the statutory schedule.
- Your subscription: deletion does not cancel billing — cancel any time in the Google Play subscriptions page.
Just removing the app?
Uninstalling removes the identifier and any cached media from your phone. Server-side data stays (so a reinstall with a restored subscription still works) until you request deletion as above.
Unsubscribe from emails only
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe that also removes your address from our systems — no need for a full deletion request.
